Refunds
All sales are FINAL. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. NO returns on gift cards or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
If an exception is made - your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. All items must be returned with tracking, within 7 days. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Changes/Cancellations
We put our best efforts into expediting processing your order, so the time window for changes and cancellations will be relatively short – usually within a couple of hours once your order is placed.
